Can I send a physical model instead of a digital file?

Yes. We accept physical models — see the address and instructions on How to Order.

Do you support intraoral scanner integrations?

Yes. We accept scan files from any intraoral scanner, and if you use 3Shape, Medit, iTero, or DS Core, you can also send cases directly through the integration. Email setup details are listed on How to Order.

How long does turnaround take?

It depends on case type and whether you're sending designed STL or scan data. See Turnaround Time by Case Type for exact timing per product.

How does the first-order discount work?

Up to $50 off your first order — applied automatically at checkout when you create an account. The exact amount depends on case type: $50 off for Full-arch orders including bars, $10 off for Crown or other restorations orders. No minimum, and 2-day free shipping is included on all first orders.

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CT (closed on federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT are processed the same business day.
